Prascend (pergolide mesylate) is a veterinary prescription dopamine receptor agonist indicated for the control of Pituitary Pars Intermedia Dysfunction (PPID), also known as Equine Cushings Disease, in horses. FDA-approved, it helps regulate hormone levels and manage clinical signs such as abnormal hair growth, lethargy, muscle wasting, laminitis, and excessive thirst or urination.
