Naxcel Sterile Powder (ceftiofur sodium) is a broad-spectrum cephalosporin antibiotic indicated for the treatment of respiratory diseases and bacterial infections in multiple species. This veterinary prescription is effective against a wide range of pathogens in cattle, swine, sheep, goats, horses, dogs, day-old chicks, and day-old turkey poults.

• Cattle: Treats bovine respiratory disease (shipping fever, pneumonia) and acute bovine interdigital necrobacillosis (foot rot).
