Albon (sulfadimethoxine) is a veterinary prescription antibiotic and antiprotozoal used in dogs and cats. It is effective against a range of respiratory, urinary tract, intestinal, and soft tissue infections caused by susceptible bacteria, and is also widely prescribed for the treatment of coccidiosis, an intestinal protozoal infection.
