  • Epinephrine is contraindicated for treating hypotension caused by phenothiazine derivatives.

  • Do not use with organophosphates, procaine hydrochloride, or certain ectoparasiticides.

  • Rare idiosyncratic reactions (aggression, nervousness, behavioral changes) have been reported.
