Reconcile is a prescription flavored chewable tablet containing fluoxetine hydrochloride for the treatment of canine separation anxiety when used in combination with a behavior modification plan. This veterinary-approved medication helps dogs stay calm during periods of separation, reduces harmful or destructive behavior, and supports successful training outcomes.

  • Avoid concurrent use with drugs that lower seizure threshold.

  • Caution with drugs affecting cytochrome P450 enzymes or with tricyclic antidepressants (TCAs).

  • Not recommended for treating aggression or other behavioral disorders without veterinary diagnosis.

  • Not studied in breeding, pregnant, or lactating dogs, or those under 6 months of age.

• Contraindications/Cautions: May cause seizures, even in dogs without a prior history. Monitor closely during use.

• Storage: Store at 68-77F (20-25C); excursions permitted between 59-86F (15-30C). Keep desiccant in bottle and tightly close between uses.

• Regulatory: Prescription required; federal law restricts this drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian.
